The Heidi Motel’s iconic Windmill is one of the most photographed buildings in Helen, Georgia, and one of the town’s oldest landmarks. In fact, we are the only motel in the region where guests can stay overnight in a Windmill Suite, offering a truly one-of-a-kind experience.
Guests enjoy complimentary property-wide Wi-Fi throughout their stay. Every room at the Heidi Motel includes a flat-screen Smart TV, small refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, and microwave. Select rooms feature cozy fireplaces, and our Bavarian Lodge includes a suite with a full-size kitchen and stainless-steel appliances. We also offer hot tub suites located inside the Windmill, as well as pet-friendly accommodations.
Our office hours are 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Due to our updated check-in process, we are able to assist guests virtually and may not always be physically present in the office—but help is always just a call or text away.
